A “Winner Takes All” System
Think about it. Today, anyone can pick up a brush and apply colors to a canvas. However, the vast majority of these productions remain merely ordinary attempts or “simple paintings hung at home”. Only a very small number of “paintings” are considered extremely valuable works of art [2]. In the age of artificial intelligence, software, design, content, or any mental production is evolving exactly into this dynamic. A very small number of productions will be considered “extremely valuable,” and everything else will become ordinary. This new structure we are in is clearly a “winner takes all” system.
Inevitable Integration and “Tool Operators”
The most shocking part of this transformation is the inevitable integration process [3]. The vast majority of people will integrate into this new order established by tech giants. In a system where production has become so easy and ordinary, the masses will lose their creative identities and turn into mere “tool operators”. They will not be the creators of the artwork, but merely operators who use brushes (AI tools) designed by others according to instructions.
